A very suggestive young white surprised by its striking design and its cheerful notes 

The portfolio of wines Vina Ruda, produced in the winery of the same name, has been increased with the release of the new vintage of Casual Ruda, a breakthrough came from the design itself that surprises with its evocative presentation and captivates us the intensity of its fruity aromas and its amazing taste.

Wrapped in a striking design, with overlapping flowers on the label as a mosaic filled the familiar umbrella with which it identifies, Vina Ruda increases its range of quality wines.

Ruda Casual is from vintage 2015 and goes to market with a limited edition of 18,000 bottles.

TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow color with green hues. The nose is complex and intense, and while it has the characteristics of a traditional Airen, careful low temperature processing brings a more exotic features, such as light and floral aromas of citrus and tropical fruits.

The palate shows freshness with a vibrant acidity. Admission is very round and large volume. Fresh fruits that remain in the aftertaste giving us a great persistence appear. When harmonize it is quite versatile, since it goes well with all kinds of appetizers, main courses, rice, seafood spreads and tables, bold salads and white meats.

Ruda vineyard, which has 15 hectares of vineyards of Tempranillo, Syrah and Airen varieties, is a young and active winery that started in 2006 and is already a world leader in wines called "infusion" a technique which it has led to three years of research with three universities -Castilla-La Mancha, Navarra and Zaragoza and with seeking out a better performance at the skins and multiple aromatic advantages obtained with this method.
